Well, I could, and it would be faster for me, but on the other hand, 
current method worked out pretty well so far...

Ideally, it would be possible for the language manager to add projects 
to the language on their own, but it's not possible with Pootle at the 
moment. I think it only works the other way – a project admin can add 
languages...
