Hi Arjun, Current Telugu translation is in the following file: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/l10n/tree/l10n/source/te/localize.sdf?h=libreoffice-3-3 If you are able to update it and send the URL of the updated file, then I can push it into the repository. Alternatively you can send a correction file, see for example http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/build/tree/src/sdf/fixes-br.sdf?h=libreoffice-3-3 This applies to LibreOffice 3.3. For LibreOffice Next we'll develop a better process.
