No, I'm not in KL, and not expecting to be there anytime soon. I'll leave the packaging details to 
you then? On recollection, I did use the files from  l10n-ms to get started the first time round, 
but they no longer work with current versions.

Long time ago, we already embarked on the project to provide native Malay translation of the menu, 
and also dictionary for OpenOffice, but it was never completed. The project is l10n-ms in
