So, since you've hit a very rare corner cases that not many of us can
reproduce, and re-packaging it with a newer libtool obviously didn't
help, I'm working on adding --disable-orcus option right now, to give
you at least a way to escape this.
Hopefully I can push this to master sooner rather than later.
