We have bigger problems than svg on Android / iOS to fix for now ;-) so
that's a non-issue I think. We should get this stuff in for Beta3, ASAP
IMHO.
I just stumbled over it while I was in configure.in trying to make rsvg a hard
dep. Im leaving it to Tor to decide how to handle that now (not wanting to
introduce a new buildbreaker).
