For an incremental full build it would be a safe bet that it has a severe
performance impact. And once we get rid of build.pl that will hopefully the
default scenario.
There's probably not going to be too much benefit either, if it's just few
dependencies.
Well, I of course meant tweaking in as many there as needed (which will not be
too many). Apart from that: Numbers, or it didnt happen.
