Compared to the current situation, where also File > New > Presentation start the Wizard. (Whereas both Ctr-N and File > New > Templates and Documents .. <template> do not use the Wizard.)

        This really is going to want UX-advise advice I think :-)

        I -suspect- that they'll want a check-box to have this re-enabled
somewhere in the UI, and/or even to leave that thing on by default

We do have " Tools > Options > Impress > General ... > New document .. start with Wizard " to turn of the wizard all together.
That should do it ..?
