Well, the rate of string churn is not incredibly high as a %age of the
strings - so I don't think bug fixes here would be wasted. Presumably
the best thing to do is to plug such people into pootle / Andras in some
creative way: Andras ? what does the flow look like for l10n bug
reports ? :-)
It depends on the size and established processes of the given language
team. Bugzilla is one option, maybe a bit heavy-weight for a simple
typo fix. Another option would be to join to German/French translation
projects and make suggestions in Pootle. Language team leads can
accept or reject suggestions in Pootle. For my language I regularly
receive bug reports from a Hungarian l10n bug tracker and in e-mail,
too. Considering the amount of these reports, it is manageable. It is
really a matter of personal taste of a language team how they manage
bug reports.
