There is a horrible hack in the java wizards for years to look up the
translations of the language list by using a hardcoded number that is
supposed to match to the SVT_ARR_SVT_LANGUAGE_TABLE from svtools,
needless to say this breaks regularly. So when file->wizards->letters
breaks it typically breaks due to the getStringList(16633) in
wizards/com/sun/star/wizards/letter/LocaleCodes.java being out of sync
with SVT_ARR_SVT_LANGUAGE_TABLE.
Feel free to find a better fix for this e.g. smuggle the number in there
in some saner means, just a heads up that this is now fixed again for
the moment.
