Several cursor themes use same cursor for both GDK_HAND1 and GDK_HAND2.
In this case there is no difference.


Pushed this. I had DMZ, but I had to change the size of my cursor before
different hands were used. Odd, but anyway, yeah I eventually saw it.
Quite probably cursor selection is fairly arbitrary around the place.
