Not necessarily. Unless specifically debugging something in the
startup and command line handling code, I tend to just start OOo and
attach it in the VS debugger.
you know I could nearly swear the last time I was debugging something on
windows ( and it was recently ) that I had to do that ( and I was
attaching ) otherwise the symbols refused to load. BUT... I am a very
occasional window debugger user so it's quite possible that I am doing
something else daft that that trick of copying the exe or bin
counteracts
