 * No warning when Saving As CSV if there are multiple sheets

   + supposed workflow is to save as ODF and export last as CSV (pharmankur)
   + query before Save and have an option to cancel (Olivier)
   + potentially destructive file formats resp. with limited scope could

   + warn before Save with a more informative text (BDF)
   + let the user decide before actually saving whether to store only
     the current sheet or all, see bug 135762 with some UX remarks
     on comment 29 (Heiko)
   => query before SaveAs with Cancel/Save All Sheets/Save Current Sheet,
     include some "[ ] Do not ask again during this session" to always
     save all sheets or just the current
