Good point, indeed.

And why should a user want to resize the "Export to PDF" dialog?

See later answers - it now has input fields in the signing tab page,
so conceivably it makes sense now?

It adds a lot of complexity to the dialog since min/max width/height
have to be considered carefully, a grid layout needs to be added,
the properties have to be stored (per user/workstation/company?)
etc.

Shouldn't most/all of that come for free now with the ui-layoutet
dialogs?
