We talked about this issue. Etherpad needs plugins to deal with images and the Wiki is not easily accessible, at least not everybody has permission to edit. So we decided to run our sessions on GDrive (1), publish the results on blog posts (2) for discussion with the community, come to a conclusion in the UX team which is reported in the minutes (3) and file a feature request on the bug tracker (4) when finalized. For instance the discussion about special characters: 1. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B6qJrVIa0SAlcFV0Q2lWMmdUcW8&usp=sharing 2. http://user-prompt.com/libreoffice-design-session-special-character/ 3. http://pad.documentfoundation.org/p/design 4. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34882 On Thursday 09 April 2015, 09:06:59 Sophie wrote:
Hi K-Jhttps://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Whiteboards/Archive This way is readable for everyone and doesn't need a password.I agree with you, something accessible to everybody without restriction is what an open source project should offer. I'm not part of the Design team so I can't judge the necessity of having other tools than what TDF offers.
