Is it something like the add slide hover button on Citrus UI?

Maybe no need for an onMouseOver function, just display a semi-transparent sign "Add Slide", and 
it's good to go.


And I think that Presentation Toolbar is too far away from where it is needed. It could be 
positioned somewhere more close to the Slides Pane, maybe to the right side of the Edit toolbar.

This way the UI gets less cluttered but still provides user feedback.
