Thanks Steve, I already have his email address. The trouble is that
redesigning an UI cannot be achieved without enormous resources involved.
Thus doing it incrementally is much more possible and spending efforts
creating a vision about an UI that cannot be implemented as such is a waste
and a frustration for everyone.
I would like to channel this designer's energy and creativity into
manageable chunks if possible. We have processes that work and can lead to
concrete UI improvements quite quickly if we follow them.
