I think it's a good list.
Truly communicating to make the thing work, sounds as a key-task ( = a).
The caretaker wouldn't make key decisions (those would be made on the IRC
chat), and he wouldn't even have to do any design work on the project. It
wouldn't even have to be a designer.
What do you think?
