Okay, fwiw, you _can_ change that. All you need to do is enter your
measurement unit too, for instance "0.05pt" (or "%," "in, "em,"
whatever).
As with many LibreOffice features, this is sadly not all very visible
and of course there's no way to tell which measurement units are
allowed.
It's probably best, if you collect a list of all places that need to be
changed, make a mockup of what you have in mind (for at least one
dialog, but more is always better) and and then put that, with a
description in a whiteboard. See:
