Hi Mirek, all,
"I'm sorry but no. If they had asked my permission before submitting it,
and done it jointly in both out names, then I might have given permission.
When a design that was not even licensed under any creative common licence
is copied, it would not be in the best interest of the Document Foundation
to support copyright theft. If is does get distributed it will only reflect
badly on the Foundation and you can be sure that I will be vocal about it."
Oh, that's sad. As I said before, I understand Caleb's POV, though.
However, since Caleb's mock-ups are generally pretty awesome, is there someone
(Alex/William maybe?) who'd realise them under a license Caleb would agree to
and then get them onto templates.libreoffice.org?
(I feel that CC-BY-NC-SA is limiting users a bit too much, so getting him to
release the mockups under CC-BY-SA or CC-BY would be cooler.)
Btw, Mirek, thanks for your taking care of this issue!
Astron.
