Our design page is the first page most of our potential members will come across, so it should make a good impression as well as provide a good summary of what we do, what we're currently working on, and a clear way to join. Our current design page [1] doesn't really fit those requirements, so I believe it's time to redesign it. I've submitted a rough draft to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/User:Mirek2#LibreOffice_Design_Team -- tell me what you think. The "Resources" section is meant to host links to items that could be of great value to our designers, but there should be a limit on the number of links so that the list doesn't get overwhelming. I was thinking something along the lines of the Android Design Downloads page [2] (only with downloads for open-source software) or the Downloads section on my blog [3].
