Just thought of something, i get it's pretty hard to make a full version
for W8, but how about we just make little adaptations so LO can get
to the marketplace, which again, i think is a great opportunity for LO.
The only really critical part is to move a few commands to the "charms
bar" these are: Search, share, devices and settings.
Search can be used to find words in the document or maybe even to
navigate to specific pages.
Share can be used to send the file through e-mail ot to other applications
such as IM services.
Devices can be used to print the file or send it to other devices (not sure
of
which other devices.
Settings would be almost every setting you can change in the program, this
is the hardest part.
Doing this would greatly improve the experience for Windows users and it
doesn't require as much manpower as redoing the whole UI and code.
