[libreoffice-design] [PATCH] adding line numbers to the basic ide

Hello all, I recently created this patch to add line numbers to the left of the editor in the basic ide. It was suggested on the development irc channel that I ask this list for input regarding the patch and how to best go about adding an option somewhere to turn it on/off. Please let me know what you think!
