Hi all,

just a friendly reminder to check out the Mail Attachment Service - it
seems that nobody here found the time yet to check whether it runs
stable and whether it fits our needs. The earlier the testing is
finished, the earlier the service can be "switched on" for user and
community lists.

Besides the information in the previous mails (below), I've added a
section to explain testing, expected behavior and feedback in the wiki:
