All my mockups claims is that if a document can be restored, it should
be in the list. If it cannot, it should not be in the list. I think this
is a fair assumption.

I don't know about the code side of things, but it would be useful to
know about whether recovery could actually fail, in which case the
design would have to change, however the behaviour in the mockup is the
*ideal* situation.

I have to disagree with you on this, that is very confusing, and not
clear/succinct as the wording in the mockup. I don't think it adds
anything over what I have in the mockup.

(I don't mean offence by this, especially if English is not your native
language.)

Sure I agree with you on this, it would be easy to add this in.

I think maybe a separate screen would be more appropriate, depending on
the quantity of pieces of data needed.
