do you think this is a problem specifically related to accessibility?
If so, could you please describe in more detail what your setup looks
like, e.g. what assistive technology you are using that might be
triggering this behavior?
Otherwise, the general user help list (the first one mentioned at
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists ) might be an
alternative place to discuss it to get more feedback.
In any case, more details (e.g. what hardware you are using, how long it
takes to start LibreOffice, whether it is faster with the non-portable
version of LibreOffice) could be useful to track the issue further down.
