[libreoffice-accessibility] LibreOffice portable does not open

Hello team,

I wont use LO portable, but by trying open LibreOffice Calc, or

LibreOffice writer, They don't open, resp. the openning is very slow.

I would like to know, how to fix this problem. I have windows 11 Home 24H2.
