Submitted fdo#58995 -- https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58995 –

Apparent changes in Java SE JRE 1.7 are impacting fidelity of Java Access
Bridge (JAB) v2.0.3 delivered UNO Accessibility API roles for AT users on
Windows OS.

The JREs 1.7 > u6 are activating the JAB, and do provide AT some support via
the Java Accessibility API. However, the fidelity of that support for Java
based AT is notably degraded compared to identical hardware with JRE 1.6 and
JAB v2.0.2--all else being equal--and running the same applications.
