Nicely found! :) I think it's new or recently been made visually very pretty by using the logos
for the various apps. I think it contains most of the important stuff from the guide
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport
but maybe misses how to do an s-trace or gather other logs&reports for normal bug-reports. Feature
requests don't often need logs.
So, I think the guide is still very useful for most people
