Hi :)

Has anyone tried linux operating systems such as Knoppix-Adriene or Vinux? Has
anyone managed to install either of those as a dual-boot alongside Windows? or
on a usb-stick or something?

A few people at DistroWatch have asked if anyone could volunteer to write a
review of Vinux. A couple asked if it could compare Vinux against other distros
aimed at people that are either completely blind or partially sighted.

For those that don't follow DW the reviews are generally about a page or 2 long
(whatever that means!) and sometimes have screen-shots to break it up a bit and
make it more interesting for sighted-people. DW doesn't pay for reviews and is
run by volunteers. The Readers Comments can be a little unkind and thoughtless
at times but then other readers tend to jump in and defend the reviewer.

Oh, here is this weeks DistroWatch weekly

This next link will be the one for next week but the link wont work until Monday

It might be interesting to shake things up a bit by submitting a review that is
a voice recording rather than written? Perhaps something else could be used
instead of pictures? Almost no-one would be able to read braille at DW (i
think) but there must be something that could make the review interestingly
different?

Any thoughts or suggestions?
My apologies for such a long post!
Good luck and many regards from
Tom :)
