considerando los escasos recursos que la comunidad hispana ha
históricamente tenido), pero las discusiones específicas son también
necesarias.


Creo que este punto es muy importante. La comunidad hispana es ENORME
como es que siempre ha habido pocos recursos y qué se puede hacer para
darle la vuelta.

A modo de comparación:

Hispanohablantes: 500 millones
Catalanes:              10 millones

500 millones de personas da para mucho ;)
