Hallo Boris,

ich kann Dir nur beschreiben, wie ich jetzt vorgehen würde.

1. Erstelle ein Dokument, so wie im Video beschrieben. Es muss kaum Text enthalten sein.
Wichtig ist aber in diesem Dokument alle (wirklich alle) Formatvorlagen in diesem Dokument zu 
erstellen, so dass später keinerlei manuelle Format-Änderungen am Text  als auch keine Änderungen 
an Formatvorlagen erforderlich sind.

hier Nachtrag:
Natürlich auch das Globaldokument davon ableiten.
