überprüfe mal, ob in > Extras > Autokorrektur-Optionen > Register:
"Optionen" die beiden Häkchen bei "URL erkennen" gesetzt sind.
Bei mir mit LibO 4.1.4 unter Win 7 (64 Bit) funktioniert das Einfügen von
Hyperlinks problemlos.
