Wenn eine Neuinstallation nicht hilft, gibt es nur noch einen Kandidaten: Das Userprofil. Du solltest also mal dein Userprofil testweise umbenennen und dann LO neustarten.

Wenn das dann klappt, kannst du schrittweise die alten Dateien des alten Userprofils zurück kopieren, um nicht dein Wörterbuch oder Vorlagen zu verlieren.
