einmal jemand kommen :) Nun funktioniert die Abfrage wieder.

Etwas umständlich und auf den ersten kompliziert:
=WENN(ZÄHLENWENN(H3:K3;".*"&$M$3&".*")>0;$M$3;"")
führt zum gewünschten Ergebnis. Reguläre Ausdrucke sind schwer zu
verstehen, habe auch einiges ausprobieren müssen.
