Man könnte ein leeres Feld ohne Betrag einfügen, das standardmäßig
angezeigt wird und im Falle einer Spende ausgewählt werden muss
(zuzüglich Prüfung, dass dieses Feld nicht leer bleiben darf, wenn man
auf Spenden klickt).
