Suche nach "Default time" findet etwas mehr als die deutsche Suche, daher
Doppelklick auf das 3. "General" von oben, dort heißt es dann:
Default time
Sets the default time.
If you do not enter a value, the current time is inserted.
Kannst du auch selber nachgucken, indem du eine englische Oberfläche
einstellst. Geht (zumindest unter Linux) auch in zwei gleichzeitig geöffneten
Fenstern, wenn du 2 LibreOffice-Versionen parallel installiert hast.
