Hmm, having viewed DELL.com's sputnik offering this evening, I believe
the only error that can be corrected needs to be done by the Ubuntu OEM
group. 

That definitely is NOT the 12.04LTS logo on DELL.com. It is from an
earlier Ubuntu release. This is most evident by the colours of the
Ubuntu logo as well as the background colour. One would have to check
but I suspect DELL just has not bothered to update from the previous
Ubuntu LTS release.

Do please be aware that it is LibreOffice that is included by default in
Ubuntu 12.04LTS and NOT OpenOffice. 

Canonical is and has always been a staunch supporter of LibreOffice.
Remember, prior to LibreOffice, Ubuntu was distributing its version of
the Novell fork of OpenOffice.

Checking my Ubuntu 12.04LTS Logithèque I see that of the two only
LibreOffice is available. OpenOffice is not even offered as an
alternative.

Granted I sit in Canada and am running the French language version.
Perhaps someone in the US could check the US English language version of
Ubuntu 12.04LTS Software Centre.

As to the M$ Office logo on the DELL sputnik productivity software
selection page, I strongly suspect that is simply part of the DELL M$
contract. You will notice that for sputnik no productivity software
option is available. The only radio-button notes that productivity
software is already "included in the price".
