[us-marketing] VA department moving to F/OSS

And it's not an April Fool's joke, either.  [?]

Considering they're moving to F/OSS for e-records, it's probably a good time
for them to consider LibreOffice for admin as well.

The Veterans Affairs Department has released a draft request for proposals
