Howdy,
(walking point into a clearing I fear...but)
- this is a one time use disc.
- make the disc label corporate dull...sigh...that may be done already
even or close enough.
- the cover art for the jewel case...*smile*...
-- the discs will be used as prizes for the Libo Glider flying contest
-- the discs will be used as door prizes
-- this is Hollywood baby, go big or go home
-- the cover art should tie into the actual event
so what I would like would be for folks to brainstorm a bit about what
that cove art might entail, conceptually wise - this has to be quick -
so don;t think corporate plodding think entrepreneur nimble.
The disc and case art can not look like or be in reality an official
release disc from the TDF, another team wants to be the first to show
one of those to the world and I see no good reason to deny them that.
I would like to empower that person to just handle it - just trust them
and leave it to them to get it through the design team review process
here and at SCALE and they need to have it done by Saturday.
Last but very important - the design team will be the final authority on
this label - I will beg if I have to, but it will be their call.
So - am I crazy (be gentle in your responses here) - shall we send this
idea off to the design list to see if there is a volunteer that will
take this on.
