[pt-br-docs] Fwd: omegat 4

Olá Pessoal

Infelizmente hoje também tenho um compromisso a noite então não vou
poder participar.

Gostaria de saber se um de vocês apresentou proposta de palestra para a
LatinoWare ou vai pra LW por outros motivos?. Se tivermos o livro pronto
até lá faremos uma comemoração  ou anúncio. Senão, podemos trabalhar
para fazermos uma reunião presencial e um "sprint" de revisão para
terminarmos o 5.0 ou quem sabe, começarmos o 5.2. O que acham?

Fica a deixa pra vocês debaterem, na próxima renião, moverei montanhas
pra participar.

Aproveito para encaminhar uma mensagem do Milos sobre o OmegaT V4. Pode
ser interessante começar a testar esta versão por que aparentemente
resolve o problema que tivemos com os TMXs.

Hi Olivier,

I've tried the most recent OmegaT 4 for Windows. It seems that the
problem is gone now. I've translated several strings on Windows and
Linux and only the correct changes appeared in git. You may check that here:

all commits are labeled by Transleted by milos, but if you click it, you
can see that they were pushed from different systems:

creationtoolversion="3.1.7" is from Linux

creationtoolversion="OmegaT-4.0.0" is from Windows

In contrary, the old buggy behaviour is visible for example in the Czech
translation:

There are two users standa and  GRB. First commit for one user after the
other shows many thousand changes, for example this one

This seems to be corrected now.

I was not able to test version 4 on linux - it does not run (some
library is missing), so I've used the old one. One should perhaps test
it with two different users, one on Linux and one on Windows, to be 100
% sure that it works.
