sim sim eu desenvolvi faz algum tempo um sistema que enviava alguns
relatórios por email, de todos os clientes de emails o único que me
deu trabalho foi justamente o hotmail que gosta de seguir 'protocolos'
próprios[1].

te aconselho fortemente migrar para o gmail, e configurar ele para
receber emails do seu hotmail[2]
