[pl-users] problem with printing images

Hello

I have a problem with printing images. There are twoi pictures in all 
our documentation but every time I print it the first picture on the top 
is missing (blank space) although when i open the file the picture is 
visible. It is also visible when I am looking at "print view" before 
printing. I would be very thankful for any help.
