Ja, interessante move weer. Het is wel duidelijk: open source is een
politieke keuze. "Public money, public code", legt goed een van de
redenen uit. De rest is natuurlijk, dat je baas over eigen ICT en over
eigen data moet zijn. Zeker als overheid. Met closed source, ben je dat
dus niet..
