Vrienden,
Als ouwe ervaren programmeur uit 1964, begonnen met Hollerith op
ponskaarten, wil ik mijn wensen uiten.
Ik programmeer nog steeds in Cobol en Basic omdat je kan maken wat de klant
wil hebben én als je netjes werkt, is de programmatuur zelf documenterend!
Vandaar nu mijn oproep aan LibreOffice om LO-BASIC te kunnen laten werken
zonder het in een Macro te moeten verstoppen. Base is nog steeds niet
programmeur-vriendelijk om zonder gedegen SQL-kennis te kunnen dienen.
Het voortreffelijke BASIC256 heeft wat operationele bezwaren omdat het een
BASH niet volgt. Ik heb dat aan de heer Renau van BASIC256 in Canada gemeld.
