[nl-documentatie] Voorwoord LibreOffice Draw 7.1

Hallo allen,

Bij een controle op diverse documenten bleek dat het Voorwoord LibreOffice
Draw 7.1 op de eerste bladzijde nog was voorzien van een oude afbeelding die
in de handleidingen vóór LibreOffice 7.0 werd gebruikt.

Ik heb de oude afbeelding vervangen door de huidige afbeelding. Het nieuwe
bestand weer geplaatst op NextCloud. Het oude voorwoord voorzien van een
datum verplaatst naar het archief. 

Dezelfde procedure gevolgd voor het pdf-bestand.
