* 揺れのある"show or hide"の翻訳を"表示/非表示"に集約する試みを行った。
* "hide or show" "show and hide"など類似例についても、一旦"表示/非表示"に集約する方針とした。
（UIでは未訳の"Hides or shows"が1件あるだけに見えますが、Helpではいくらかあります。）

"表示/非表示（「を切り替える」など）"の表現が最適なのかどうか、正直判断しかねるところはあるものの、あまりに細かく揺れていて翻訳採用の都度迷いが出るため、一旦集約させていただきました。
表現を見直す議論はあって然るべきと思いますが、「今回の変更を全て取り下げて戻す」というのは建設的ではないと思えます。見直すなら揃えて見直したいところです。
（"or"や"and"で対義語を並べる他の例との整合も念頭に）原文に忠実に訳すなら"表示または非表示（にする）"（"and"なら"と"？）となるのでしょうが、多くの旧訳は"を切り替える"などの言葉を後ろに補っていて、それらの言葉を残すのであれば"表示または非表示"は少しおかしく思えます。
"or"や"and"を"または"と訳すのか、"もしくは" "あるいは" "と" "や"
"か"などと訳すのかも好みが分かれて揺れを助長しそうです。であれば"/"とする既存案は、表現がスッキリすることも含め、多少利があるような気がします。
そんなわけで、今回は"/"を採用させてもらいました。
あわせてHelpの方にも手を入れてます。
他の案件ではHelpについて報告を略していますが、本件は割と揺れが大きく、前後の文章表現も含めて手を入れたりしているため、注意喚起としてご報告いたします。
