[ja-discuss] 日本のミラーについて

昼間、ダウンロードしようとしたところ、ダウンロードが非常に遅く、途中で切れて最初からやり直しになって、終わりそうになかったので、ミラーを確認してみたところ、

http://www.ftp.ne.jp/ に

ftp-srv2 is down currently, because the network equipment for ftp-srv2
has been broken from 2017/12/19. In addition, ftp is too heavy load.
Please use the other sites for archive downloads. We are trying to
replace the network equipment.

と書いてあって、 www.ftp.ne.jp が非常に遅くて、もう一つの日本のミラーからだと12倍ぐらいはやくダウンロードできました。

www.ftp.ne.jp のミラーはダウンロードするソフトによっては事実上ダウンロードできないので、優先度を下げるなりミラー一覧から一時的に外すなりしてもらえないでしょうか?
