"Quotations"が翻訳されていないという点は報告されていました:

KeyID: BLScFのSTR_POOLCOLL_HTML_BLOCKQUOTEを適切に訳せば直ります。
(今は「引用」と訳されています。)
ただし、他のSTR_POOLCOLL_*メッセージと重複するとpocheckでエラーになるので
注意が必要です。
日本語だとSTR_POOLCOLL_TOX_CITATION(KeyID: LoGcK)も「引用」と訳されているのが
問題です。
