テキストのデータファイルを表計算のファイルに加工するケースは、多くの方々が経験されているのではないかと感じます。私の経験ですと、AS４００というデータベースソフト？（よくわかってなくて、すみません）に蓄積されたデータをテキストファイルにエクスポートしてからエクセルで開き、数式などの挿入といった加工をして会議資料に仕上げたことがあります。上述のテキストファイルは固定長フィールドのものでしたから、いま話題にしているようなダイアログ（エクセルの場合はウィザード形式だったような）を経てファイルを開いた憶えがあります。前置きが長くなりましたが、私のような非技術系の人間でもこの機能を使用する機会があるという前提で考えを述べたいと思います。

私的にはご提案のとおりでいいと思うのですが、もう少し他の方のご意見もお
待ちすることにします。
1週間くらいで代案がなければ適用ということで。
