私もほぼ同じ環境で確認してみました。
こちらでも「実験的（不安定）な機能を有効にする(F)」が最後の行に見えています。
（この次の行があるとしたら見えていません）
次の行はありません。よって正常ですね。
・"LibreOffice"->"配色の調整" ユーザー定義の色で "Oracleレポートビルダー"
付近のレイアウトが崩れています。
Oracleレポートビルダーの行と次の行が重なってしまっています。
これは確認しました。
翻訳の問題ではない……と思うのですが、よくわかりません。。
